The original NUTS 2.3.0 code was written by Neil Robertson. He inspired 
many people with his first ever release of NUTS and since then his code 
has become one of the most wide spread talkers on the Internet.

As time progressed, many people wanted to add more to the code. People 
tended to do this individually and hence did not share their code with 
other talker administrators. Kevin Cozens (known to many as Casey) 
created his own revision branch and this is the result. Much has been 
added and improved upon, most of the code has been rewritten and many 
functions have been added, although the old NUTS 2.3.0 structure can 
still be seen.
